Starting from my first contact with Chrislain I was surprized by the ease, confident and no pressure attitude even though I was 300 km away and communicated only over the phone. After just a few conversations and working out the details I realised that Chrislain made buying the car so much easier than it would have been otherwise; from registration and setting up of the car so I could use it day 1. He even spent considerable time when we went to pick it up explain to my wife how an electric car works and what to pay attention to.
I initially chose WeAuto because the car had some features that were not available from Renault in December (CCS charging) but am glad I chose them for A – Z in the purchase process. He even helped out after the purchase to secure some snow tires from another company I needed in my mountain region of France. Many thanks and I will be back!
